🧾 RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – Cordmansfootwear

At Cordmansfootwear, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a simple and transparent return and exchange policy.

✅ What is Cordman's footwear Return Policy?

We offer a 3-day Return and Exchange Policy, starting from the day of delivery. You can request a return or exchange within this period for eligible products.

Important Notes:

  • Returns do  not apply to products purchased under discounts or promotional offers.
  • Refunds are not offered on any orders. Only exchanges will be processed, subject to product availability.
  • The original invoice, product tags, and packaging must be intact for a return or exchange to be approved.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for all product categories listed on our website.

📌 Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  1. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  2. All returns will undergo a quality check at our facility. Exchanges will be processed only after the product passes inspection.
  3. Any damage caused by improper use, negligence, or physical wear and tear will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Shipping and convenience charges are non-refundable.
  5. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
  6. Special promotional offers may carry separate return policies, which will override the standard terms.

🔁 Do You Offer Partial Returns?

Currently, we do not accept partial returns from a single order. The full product ordered must be returned for an exchange to be processed.

🛍️ How to Return or Exchange an Item?

Follow our 4-step process:

  1. Log in to https://cordmans.com and go to My Account
  2. Initiate a return/exchange request for your order within 3 days of delivery
  3. Pack the product securely with the invoice and product tags
  4. Ship the product to the address provided via email (customer bears return shipping cost)

Once we receive and verify the item, your exchange will be processed accordingly.

📦 ORDER STATUS UPDATES

We keep you informed at every stage:

  • ✅ Order Confirmation Email – Sent as soon as we receive your order
  • 🚚 Dispatch & Tracking Email – Shared once your order is shipped
  • ❌ Cancellation Confirmation Email – Sent if your order is cancelled

If you haven't requested a cancellation but receive a cancellation email, please contact our support team within 3 working days.

🚫 Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

Though rare, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery:
